Notice of School of Public Administration on Establishing the Working Committee for Postgraduates to Graduate in 2021

Postgraduates of School of Public Administration to graduate in 2021:

In order to ensure a smooth process for the postgraduates to graduate in 2021 and do well in ideological education, policy guidance, and management service for the postgraduates to graduate, our School will establish a graduate working committee composed of the postgraduates to graduate in 2021.

I. Tasks of Graduate Working Committee:

(1) Adhering to the purpose of serving postgraduate to graduate, focusing on graduation and employment, and promoting them to leave school smoothly, safely and civilly;

(2) Enhancing the unity among postgraduates and between postgraduates and teaching staff, strengthening communication and exchange, and expressing and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of postgraduates to graduate;

(3) Assisting the University and School in information collection of graduate students;

(4) Assisting the University, graduate training unit and management department in graduate education, graduation Party and graduation ceremony;

(5) Selection of alumni ambassadors under the guidance of the alumni office;

(6) Completing other tasks assigned by superior competent department.

II. Requirements of the Members of Graduate Working Committee:

(1) The member should have high political quality and be dedicated, conscientious and responsible, earnest and meticulous. Priority should be given to student cadres with good mass foundation and working experience or excellent students who have been engaged in assistant management work;

(2) Members of the Committee should be full-time master or doctoral graduates in 2021;

(3) The Committee has one chairman and three or more vice chairmen and members;

(4) Priority shall be given to excellent students who have decided where to go after graduation;

For the honor of “University-level Excellent Graduates” in June 2021, priority will be given to the members of the Committee.
