Luo Hui

Luo Hui, male, born in June 1970, Professor, PhD in Management from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Deputy Director and Office Chief of the Key Laboratory of Legal Evaluation Engineering of Ministry of Land and Resources, is mainly engaged in the research on public administration and policy and non-profit management. He studied at Wichita State University in USA as a visiting scholar in 2008. He has presided over a number of provincial and ministerial level projects and researches sponsored by enterprises and institutions, and successively won a Third Prize for Scientific Research Achievements of the Ministry of Personnel and a Third Prize for Scientific Research Achievements of Hubei Provincial People’s Government. He has published two monographs, such as Study on Some Topics of Third Sphere, and two textbooks, such as Local Government, and published more than 20 papers in Chinese Public Administration, Theoretical Investigation, Journal of China University of Geosciences and other journals, some of which have been reprinted in full by China Social Science Excellence, RUC
