Huan Ji’e
Huan Ji’e, doctor of laws, associate professor, master supervisor, graduated from the School of Law, Wuhan University (1999-2009). She is the sole author of Study on the Validity of the Norms of Constitutional Fundamental Rights in Penal and Criminal Procedure Law, and the co-author of Study on the Legislation of the People’s Supervisor System, and has participated in the compilation of four textbooks, including Constitution, Constitutional Economic System, Constitutional Cases, and The Summary of the Famous Works on Western Law. She has published more than 20 papers in Law Review, ECUPL Journal and other journals, presided over one general program of the National Social Science Fund of China, one program of the Social Science Fund of Hubei Province and several projects of the Law Center of the Ministry of Land and Resources, and participated in a number of scientific research projects at state, province or ministry-level. Main research fields: constitutional law and administrative law, land and resources law and its evaluation.
