Lv Lingyan
Lv Lingyan (1979-), PhD, associate professor, master supervisor. Main research interests: resources and environmental fiscal law, land law and commercial law. She has successively studied in China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Wuhan University, and graduated from Wuhan University in June 2012 with a doctorate in economics. She joined China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) to engage in the teaching and research in the major of law in July 2001, was promoted to associate professor in 2012, and was engaged as master supervisor in 2013. From July 2013 to June 2014, she visited Peking University Law School for studies in fiscal and tax law. From July 2014 to July 2015, she visited the Law School of Tulsa University for studies in energy law. She is also a researcher in the Key Laboratory of Legal Evaluation engineering of the Ministry of Land and Resources.
In recent years, she has presided over one Project supported by the National Social Science Fund of China, one project supported by the Social Science Fund of Hubei Province, one project supported by Hubei Youth Science and Technology Program, one project supported by Wuhan Social Science Fund and two projects supported by the Open Fund of the Key Laboratory of Legal Evaluation engineering of the Ministry of Land and Resources. She has published more than 20 papers in Wuhan University Journal (Philosophy & Social Sciences), Journal of China University of Geosciences (Social Sciences Edition), Study and Practice, Theory Monthly, Journal of Wuhan University of Technology (Social Sciences Edition) and other journals, participated in the compilation of 5 books and textbooks, and won one Third Prize of the Eighth Outstanding Social Science Achievements Award of Hubei Province.
Courses offered: Finance and Tax Law, Commercial Law and Legal Negotiation. Focusing on the practical teaching of law, she has presided over 3 teaching research projects of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) and published many teaching papers. Her student has won the Excellent Bachelor’s Thesis of Hubei Province (2012), and the undergraduate research team, under her instruction, has won the Third Prize in “Challenge Cup” National Undergraduate Curricular Academic Science and Technology Works by Race (2013). She has won the First Prize in the Teaching Competition for Young Teachers of the University (2013), the Eighth Teaching Excellence Award for Young Teachers of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) (2014), and excellent head teacher (2011).
