Liu Zhonglan
Liu Zhonglan, female, PhD, associate professor, native of Ezhou, Hubei Province, has been working in China University of Geosciences after graduation in 1998. Main research fields: political theory and political system, administrative system reform and government performance evaluation.
She has successively presided over and participated in more than 20 scientific research projects, and published more than 20 scientific research papers in core journals such as Jianghan Tribune, Journal of Wuhan University of Technology and Urban Studies. She has offered the courses such as Political Science, Chinese Government and Politics, Western Administrative Reform, History of Administrative Thoughts, and Introduction to Administrative Original Works, has been responsible for and participated in the development of multimedia network courseware for many courses, such as Administration Science, Personnel Administration, Principles of Administration, Comparative Political Institutions, and Secretarial Science, has participated in the compilation of seven textbooks, such as Local Government, Theoretical Explanation and Empirical Study of Public Administration, Comparative Political Institutions, Case Study on the Development of Government Human Resources, Frontier Issues of Public Administration, and Theory and Practice of E-government in Public Sectors, and has successively obtained more than 10 awards, including Teaching Excellence Award, Excellent Instructor Award, Outstanding Head Teacher, Advanced Individual Award in Teaching, and Lecture Competition for Young Teachers.
