Zhang Guangjin

Zhang Guangjin, PhD in management, associate professor. Research fields: human resources management and mineral resource management. Courses offered: social survey and statistics, human resources management. In recent years, he has presided over or participated in many projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No.: 70572036, 70972017), National Social Science Fund of China (No.: BBA060014), project of the Humanities and Social Science Fund of Ministry of Education (No.: 10YJC630374), and the projects entrusted by the government and enterprise, and has published more than 20 papers in Science Research Management, Management Review, Studies in Science of Science, R&D Management and other journals, and many of them have been reprinted in abstract or in full text by Xinhua Digest, China University Academic Abstracts, Replicated Journals of Renmin University of China in Human Resources Development and Management, and Public Administration. He has won one Second Prize of the Fourth National Personnel Research Achievement Award, one Third Prize of the 14th Natural Science Paper Award of Hubei Province, and one Second Prize of 2009-2010 Excellent Monographs Award of China University Presses Association.
