Zhang Shiju

Zhang Shiju, female, born in January 1974, PhD in Management, associate professor. In June 2008, she graduated from the School of Management of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in with a doctor’s degree in management; in 2004, she graduated from the Department of Sociology of Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a master’s degree in law; in 1997, she graduated from the Department of Philosophy of Beijing Normal University with a bachelor’s degree in education. In June 2008, she joined the School of Political Science and Law of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) to engage in the teaching and scientific research of human resource management. He has participated in a number of research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Humanities and Social Science Fund of Ministry of Education, presided over one research project supported by the Funds for Central Universities, presided over two research projects sponsored by enterprise or institution, and participated in a number of research projects sponsored by enterprise or institution. In recent years, she has published more than 10 research papers in Academic management Journal, Industrial Engineering and Management, Journal of Business Economics, Foreign Economics & Management, Journal of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and other journals, and participated in compiling the textbook Public Human Resources Development and Management.
