Administrative Management Major and Public Affairs Administration Major of Our School are Rated as Class A Majors in “2021 ShanghaiRanking’s Best Chinese Majors Ranking”

Recently, ShanghaiRanking published the 2021 Best Chinese Majors Ranking, and the administrative management major and public affairs administration major of our School were rated as class A majors. This is the first undergraduate majors ranking in Chinese universities published by ShanghaiRanking, involving the largest number and the largest scale of majors so far.

The majors published in 2021 “Best Chinese Majors Ranking” are those offered by at least 4 universities, and there are 509 qualified majors, involving 92 professional categories and 12 professional fields. The top 50% of universities of each major are published, with 28550 majors from 925 universities on the list.

The public affairs administration major of our school ranks among the top 14% (29/206) and the administrative management major ranks among the top 17% (30/175). All of them have been rated as national class A majors, and administrative management major has been rated as the national first-class undergraduate major.

2021 “ShanghaiRanking’s Best Chinese Majors Ranking” is published by ShanghaiRanking Consultancy. The evaluation system consists of five indicator categories, including university conditions, discipline supports, major students, employment and major conditions, with 19 measurement indicators. In most majors, the weights of the five indicator categories are respectively university conditions (10), discipline supports (20), major students (20), employment (5) and major conditions sharing (0-30).
