A Joint Postgraduate Education Base by Qingshan Urban Management Bureau and China University of Geosciences (Wuhan)

(Reported by Da Feiya) On July 29, a cooperative signing and opening ceremony for joint postgraduate education base was held by and between China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) and Qingshan Bureau of Urban Management and Law Enforcement.  

Urban management is a systematic livelihood project, concerning all aspects of the living of the people, which cannot be separated from the front-line practice of the urban management workers as well as the theoretical research and guidance of the universities. It is helpful for the students to make a breakthrough in the research of the urban management and be beneficial to serve the practice with the theoretical fruits through establishing the joint postgraduate education base and offering the scientific research practice platform. It will certainly accumulate and offer more experience in the cooperation between the universities and the governmental authorities. Therefore, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) came to an agreement with Qingshan Bureau of Urban Management and Law Enforcement regarding the high-level innovation talents for urban management.  

Director of Qingshan Bureau of Urban Management and Law Enforcement said that they would seize the opportunity of joint postgraduate education base, establish innovative research platform, talents gathering and abstraction platform and scientific and technical fruits transformation platform for urban management, optimize the soft environment for abstracting and cultivating the talents, erect a new bridge for government-industry-university-research and make contributions to the high-quality development of Qingshan District.
