Entrance Education Activity of “Inheriting Faith and Correcting Thinking”

On the morning of September 9, 2021, the entrance education activity on Party building introduction was held in the lecture theatre on the first floor of No. 1 teaching building. Liu Guohua, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the school, Li Shuhui, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee, Wang Qingtao, counselor of graduate students, and undergraduates of Grade 2021 attended the activity.

With the theme of “Introduction to the State Party Building Situation and Student Party Building Work”, Mr. Wang Qingtao introduced the party building work in detail from five aspects: “Situation of College Student Party Building Work”, “Introduction to Student Party Building Work in Our School”, “Standards of Party Members and the Process of Joining the Party”, “Correcting the Motivation of Joining the Party” and “Guidelines for Writing Application for Joining the Party”.

Starting from "What is the Party?", Mr. Wang Qingtao gave a comprehensive introduction to the current Party building and the new development of Party members. Later, he clearly showed the organizational structure and working mode of the Party building work in our School with icons and tree diagrams, and explained the current situation of Party members and a series of achievements made in the Party building in our School.

Then, he introduced the standards of Party members and the process of joining the party to the students, and made a detailed description of the development and process of Party members, so that the students could have a clear understanding of the relevant process of joining the party. He also reminded the students to establish the correct three views and correct their motivation to join the party. Finally, Mr. Wang Qingtao provided guidance for the students to write the application for joining the party and stressed the relevant precautions.

“Joining the party is not an honor, but a responsibility; not a node, but a starting point.” He hoped that the students could correct their motivation to join the Party, study hard, and become excellent Communist Party members.
