The School Held a Commendation Meeting for Military Training & Farewell Meeting for Drill Instructors

On the morning of September 23, School of Public Administration held a commendation meeting for military training and the farewell meeting for the drill instructors in the playground of the western campus. Liu Guohua, Deputy Secretary of this School, Counselor Wang Qingtao and Wang Xinyu, Part-time Counselors Tu Sihuan, Liang Shuying and Zhang Luyao, and all incoming undergraduate in Grade 2021 attended the meeting. The activity was presided over by Teacher Wang Xinyu.

At the beginning of the activity, Teacher Wang Xinyu made a speech on the overview of the military training of the incoming undergraduates. She mentioned: "Although the process of this military training is painstaking, even in the hot sun, the majority of students can obey the arrangement and actively participate in the training, sharpen their will to work hard, show strong discipline, and highlight the excellent spiritual style of the school of public management. I hope the students can continue to extend the spirit of 'hard work, simplicity, truth-seeking and pragmatism' to their future study and life. I hope you can With persistent efforts, we will achieve good results in tomorrow's military training show. " It was believed that the freshmen  in Grade 21 would live up to expectations and perform well in the military training show.

Then, on behalf of the Party Committee of this School, Deputy Secretary Liu Guohua read out the commendation decision on excellent drill instructors in military training, awarded five drilled instructors including Gong Jiaming, Zhang Jun, Xia Xingyu, Chen Nan and Lu Yuxin the honorary title of "Excellent Drill Instructors in Military Training" and took a group photo with these five instructors. Then, on behalf of the Party Committee of this School, Mr. Wang Qingtao read out the commendation decision on military training examples and excellent individuals. All teachers presented awards to the commended students and took a group photo as a souvenir.

Next, Deputy Secretary Liu Guohua made a speech. He hoped that the commended "soldiers" would continue to maintain their fine style during the military training period; All the "soldiers" who participated in the training always tightened their "master switch" of thinking during the period of the university, gave priority to the study, stuck to the soldiers' iron will, style and discipline, bravely carried out self-revolution, rushed to the examination wholeheartedly, and painted satisfactory punctuation marks on their study, life and work in the University. At the end of the activity, the teachers took a group photo with his classmates. In the afternoon, five drill instructors, teachers and students took a group photo.
