During the university period, because of the epidemic and closed management, I rarely have the opportunity to contact the society. Whenever I see the news of the post-00 generation volunteering to help people and contributing to the society, I always feel that my youth is missing something. When I came home earlier this year for winter break, I saw that the community was recruiting volunteers, so I didn't hesitate to register.” He was mainly responsible for the registration and reporting of information on community returnees, which sounded simple, but was not easy to do. The preservation of online registration must be accurate to the county (district). However, most people did not even fill in the location before entering Xiangyang, so they had to contact one by one by phone. “Different dialects and noisy environment are obstacles often encountered in communication. Many times, the phone stopped working, couldn't get through, or was busy after getting through. What's more, it was suspected that it was a telecommunications fraud. I was asked to call a video to confirm that my environment was in the community service center, and others directly said I dialed the wrong number. These times made somewhat helpless. There were also many physical jobs. During the national nucleic acid test, we had to move dozens of tables and chairs from the third floor to the truck and the square, set up the tables and chairs and keep order, sometimes we were too busy to eat. However, after more than ten days of voluntary activities for epidemic prevention, the most gratifying thing is that so far we have not found any infected people in COVID-19, and everyone can have a peaceful and peaceful Spring Festival.”

Huang Jinger participated in the "Welcome New Year" patriotic sanitation volunteer activity in Nanhai District, Foshan City, mainly responsible for garbage cleaning, weeding, garbage picking and sorting in the community square. “Garbage picking and sorting is one of the most troublesome tasks, especially handling beer bottle crumbs, plastic wrappers, white lunch box pieces, etc., which are easy to scratch your hands by glass, and you also need to rummage through the weeds and dirt to find and dig out the fragments. Mei Ke participated in the service activities as the part-time Deputy Secretary of the Community Youth League Branch in Dianjiang, Chongqing City. “In assisting the Youth Secretary to do a good job in youth studies, because I am the league branch secretary at school, there are similarities in my work and I am handy in planning activities, but there are many challenges in implementation. In particular, most of the community members work outside the community, and it is not easy to contact and organize them. In spite of this, our team has overcome the difficulties and organized three activities, and the community youths have gradually become familiar with each other and strengthened their ties, and even introduced each other to work opportunities outside the community, and my own communication and coordination skills have been exercised in these activities. During the activity, I often helped to make PPTs and forms for the community for meetings, which were very small and minor things, but for the community cadres who were as busy as a gyroscope, they might be a big help, which also made me feel the meaning of volunteerism. As a young university student who has enjoyed a lot of good fortune in this era, it is naturally incumbent upon us to give back to the society as much as we can.”
